I found the hotel to be a very welcoming place, especially the wellness center which was ideal for relaxation. I did feel that the massage service could use a bit more expertise. Overall, with the package offered, I was able to enjoy three days of complete relaxation, making it a great getaway, though perhaps not all services met my expectations.
